1 – WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I CHANGE WITH BEST AND FAST CHANGE?

By the Best and Fast Change branches, it is possible to change over 50 currencies of the same number of countries spread over the five continents.
In fact, Best and Fast Change operates with an international clientele of travelers from all over the world. To consult the complete list of available currencies – updated on time – you are simply required to click on this link.
Best and Fast Change allows the exchange operations also with credit and debit cards of the most important circuits and accepts the traveler’s checks of the major issuing companies.

2 – WHERE ARE THE BEST AND FAST CHANGE DOORS FOUND?

The Best and Fast Change network now has 30 branches located in key tourist points and close to the major airports of Italian cities such as Florence, Rome, Milan, Bari and Alghero.
In Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Seville) there is another exchange company of the group to which the Best and Fast Change belongs.

3 – IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE CURRENCY QUANTITY TO CHANGE?

You can change cash up to the amount of 1.999.99 euros, at the Best and Fast Change counters.
This limit is raised to 14,999 Euros for natural persons with non-Italian citizenship and residency outside Italy.

4 – IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK ONLINE THE CHANGES TO CHANGE?

Best and Fast Change offers everyone the opportunity to book currency online via any connected device: to see the reservation form click here.

5 – WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY TO MAKE THE CHANGE TRANSACTION?

For each exchange transaction the customer are required to show the identity document and the tax code (if resident in Italy).
After that, Best and Fast Change, after verifying the customer ‘s identity and the absence of circumstances preventing compliance with the regulations in force, can dispense the value in the required currency.

6 – HOW ARE EXCHANGE RATES SET UP?

The exchange rate indicates the relationship with which one currency can be exchanged for another.
Currency exchange rates are variable and determined by the value of the various currencies on the international market.
Rates are updated daily on the Best and Fast Change website and can be viewed by clicking here.

7 – IS THERE A COMMISSION TO PAY TO MAKE A CHANGE?

The money changer service involves fees and fixed costs that change according to the volume of the transaction.
The price of the service decreases proportionally with the increase in the sum changed.
Best and Fast Change shows the economic conditions of the exchange service at each store, where the information freely available to customers is located, indicated below:

  1. information sheet containing the economic conditions of the exchange, with analytical price exposure;
  2. exchange rate list, updated daily, also containing the description of the price of the exchange service;
  3. monitor containing the countervalue with which one currency can be exchanged for another;
  4. rules applicable to the exchange service.

The data are advertised with visible and colored characters in order to make the commercial proposal clear and to inform potential customers about the terms and the price of the service.

8 – IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE OPERATION AND GET A REFUND?

The exchange service is purchased when the change operator has received the money from the customer.
Then the operator, verified the identity of the customer and the absence of impedimental circumstances, applies the conditions displayed in the shop or those booked online, after which he delivers the value in the requested currency.
Once the transaction has been registered at the terminal, asking for a refund is no longer possible:
Best and Fast Change is in fact called to fulfill the registration and communication obligations of the operations to the Revenue Agency and to the Body of Agents and Mediators, ie the authorities that oversee the sector.
